We provide physical automotive car parts which are listed on our website and the total cost is shown including any delivery charges before you pay for the goods.

Payment can be via credit or debit cards or via paypal.

Rights to cancel

Before any goods have been shipped

Use the Contact page by clicking this link 'Contact Us' to inform us you no longer wish to proceed with the purchase and we will refund in full any monies paid by the same method of payment.

After any goods have been shipped - Your right to cancel

You have a right to decide to cancel your order for 14 ( fourteen ) days from the day you receive the goods we send to you.

UK AirSuspension Ltd provides a 14 ( fourteen ) day returns policy on all products to consumers if you are not completely satisfied. No restocking fee is charged if the orders are returned in perfect unused condition. 

The Following Terms Must be Met by You:


1. Return the merchandise to us within 14 ( fourteen ) days of you deciding to cancel your order and informing us of that fact..
2. The products must be returned in new unused condition.
3. You must include all packaging materials.
4. Packing material must not be torn or damaged.
5. Must be returned in original packing box.
6. It is the customers responsibilty to ensure the safe return of items to UK AirSuspension Ltd . Return postage costs will NOT be refunded.
7. Custom-manufactured products and diagnostic products that have been used in the vehicle cannot be returned unless faulty.

All goods must be returned in new & unused condition unless a warranty claim is being made. We reserve the right to refuse returned goods if necessary.

Reasons may include:

Goods have been used

Goods are soiled

Goods have an odour i.e. smoke

Goods are damaged as a result of misuse or ill-treatment

In addition we may make a deduction if the value of the goods have been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than necessary. The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.

We will refund the basic cost of delivery to you, if you had opted for an enhanced delivery service ie guaranteed next working day we will only refund the basic cost of getting the goods to you, not the enhanced rate.
